"I really want to Thank the staff at Tree Town! My grandson who is 4 yrs old needed quite a bit of work
done on his teeth! First off we his caregivers felt awful because he was in pain, the staff were not
judgmental and made us feel very comfortable..."

"Dr. Stephanie Shin and the Tree Town staff were absolutely amazing! My daughter has health
concerns/allergies that don't always allow for the "standard" treatments to be performed. Dr. Shin
exceeded all of my expectations for thoroughness, compassionate care..."

"We had to bring our little girl here and I was a wreck when she went back with Dr. Shin. The front desk
staff were all incredible with comforting me. When our little girl came out 45 minutes later she told me
her lips were sleeping and she was very happy. Dr. Shin was amazing!!"
In light of the COVID-19 health crisis, we have limited our office to care of children with dental
emergencies since last Tuesday, and have cancelled all "non-essential" appointments through April 13th. We
are doing whatever we can to help our patients, our staff, and our community remain safe, and to conserve
personal protective equipment and donate our surplus.
Like always, we are open and available for any child with dental trauma, uncontrolled pain, or infection. We
are committed to ensuring your child receives compassionate and efficient urgent care, which also prevents
emergency room visits and use of hospital resources during this crisis. We are open for any urgent needs
your child may have, but we ask that you call ahead of time to make sure we can make the necessary
preparations. Please do not come in if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of fever,
shortness of breath, or coughing.
Dental care is important, if not urgent. We look forward to providing this important care for your children
when we are able to do so. Be well, and please call us with any questions or concerns you may have about
your child's oral health.
